Total PWR: 3500

i'd be interested in having a better understanding of what these numbers mean.

FP is foot-pounds, the actual workload -- 1000 fp would be moving one pound 1000 feet, or 1000 pounds one foot, or 10 pounds 100 feet, etc.

fp/m is power -- every minute, you moved x amount of weight; power is a function of time.

The power ratio is power divided by body weight -- it's a measure of pound-for-pound strength, useful for comparing athletes to each other -- the fairest comparison of different body types.

Will clarify further if questions remain. Although, how could that be possible? -- given the excellence of this communication.

EHe, more work, bigger power, but lower power ratio because of excess bodyweight. Pound for pound, not where it should be.
